<div class="paragraph"><p>Takes the list of merged objects on stdin and produces a suitable
commit message to be used for the merge commit, usually to be
passed as the <em>&lt;merge-message&gt;</em> argument of <em>git merge</em>.</p></div>

automatically invoking <em>git merge</em>.</p></div>
